It’s been nearly 20 years since I moved to Portland, and my love for the Pacific Northwest continues to grow. Sharing that enthusiasm, patiently guiding buyers and sellers every step of the way with maximum ease, and using clear processes throughout, I’m committed to great outcomes for all of my clients. The process can be stressful, but the rewards are profound, and the opportunity to build community along the way is so rewarding.

I’m your strategist who understands the dynamics of the local market, your truth-teller when I know you can do better or should avoid risk, and your loyal advisor, empowering you with the insight you need to make informed decisions. Though I’d rather help you avoid it, I have a track record of winning in multiple offer situations. I’m adept at making your offer stand out, and part of that is being a skilled and level-headed communicator and negotiator.

For sellers, everything I do is with the objective of maximizing the return on your investment. I’m attuned to what it takes to get the most exposure for your home, from pricing to listing prep, and my strategy and recommendations are completely tailored to your circumstance. In my former life, I founded Eb & Bean, opening three neighborhood shops in Portland that are still a destination for made-from-scratch organic froyo and toppings. It was a fun and often challenging experience in leadership and hospitality, and great preparation for my role as a real estate problem solver and project manager.

I grew up near D.C., spent my high school years in New Hampshire, went to college in Madison, WI, and lived in the Bay Area for several years before relocating to Portland. I live in northeast Portland with my kids, Eben and Sabine, partner Casey, a mental health counselor and ceramics studio owner, and our Boston Terrier, Charlie. When not working with clients, I’m cooking, seeing lots of live music, spending time at the Forest Service cabin I share with friends in Washington, and volunteering in a leadership role with Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America.
